I am building LOCO as a Career Operating System to change that. Instead of random actions, you move through clear phases with clear objectives, guided by our POTS framework (Phases, Objectives, Tasks, SEDOs). The meaningful work you do turns into proof (SEDOs, projects, quantified impact) inside the product so you can see and show your progress.
